Technical Retention Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Visit new or existing customer.
• Survey and update database home pass.
• Monitoring customer service level.

Requirements:

• Male-Female max 35 years old
• Min D1 Electra, telecommunication preferably from marketing strategic, management strategic, management business, management information system.
• Computer literate (MS office or open office)
• Service and target oriented
