Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Technical skill - software: Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office, Internet,end desktop applications
- Technical skill - hardware: Intel-based PC & laptop - troubleshooting & analysis
- Good communication skill, both in English
- Minimum experience of 2 years in user desktop support
- Education: minimum S1 from Computer-related science (Electric/Electronics/Informatics/Information Systems)
Administration

IT Staff

Requirements:
- Male/Female.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Technical skills :
- Database concept (ER – Entity Relationship, Normalization concept, have experienced in Data warehouse project is preferable)
- SQL Server database experience (Query, Store Procedure-cursor programming is preferable)
- Dot.Net programming experience (VB.Net, ASP.net)
- Have experienced using Microsoft SSIS and SSAS is preferable
- Have experienced using Java Server Pages and Servile is also preferable.
- Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in work, and be able to work well with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English for both Written and Verbal.
- Willing & keen to learn new knowledge/skill set.
- Flexible in working time, good team player and enjoy working in a group, having great attention & focus on Service delivery and Customer Satisfaction. Ready for on-call, on-site support anytime required.
